What are typical lead times?
Denver metro delivery can be same-day or next-day. Statewide deliveries are usually 1-3 days; regional states are 3-5 days.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We have no strict minimum. Small orders are welcome, though larger orders qualify for volume discounts and better freight rates.
Can you reserve inventory for recurring orders?
Yes. We can hold dedicated inventory and set recurring delivery schedules so you always have stock on hand.
Do you provide heat-treated pallets for export?
Yes. We supply ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets and can heat-treat customer pallets on request.
How are products graded?
We use transparent A/B/C grading. Grade A is like-new, Grade B is good used, and Grade C is economy with heavier wear but functional.
